Creatorland’s AI Deal Dashboard Goes Viral, TikTok Dodges the Ban, and The New Bill of Rights for Creators

In this week’s edition: TikTok avoids the ban through the a new app, a proposed Influencer Bill of Rights could reshape the creator economy, and our new AI powered deal dashboard Dealsync takes flight.

Our New AI Powered Deal Dashboard Dealsync is Popping Off

Last week was insane. The waitlist for our new AI-powered deal management dashboard Dealsync crossed 4.8K creators! It turns out that thousands (maybe millions) of creators all dealing with the same problem, legit brand deals getting buried under AI sales spam, phishing emails, and absolute inbox chaos.

I don’t want this week’s newsletter to be all about Dealsync, but if you’ll humor me for a second, we are pretty excited over here and we gotta flex and share our excitement with you all for just a wee minute.

For anyone new here, Dealsync is an AI-powered inbox tool built specifically for creators. It automatically filters real brand opportunities, tracks deal conversations, and makes sure you do not miss partnerships just because email has become a mess.

We started granting people on the waitlist access to Dealsync over the last few days - if you want to make sure you’re one of the first to get access. You can still join the waitlist here.

Some numbers that still feel wild 🤯:

  • 4.7K creators on the waitlist

  • 574 registered creator affiliates

  • 50M+ combined follower reach

  • 30M emails ingested to train the Dealsync AI model

We even made headlines with Net Influencer covering the Dealsync announcement here: Creator Networking Platform Creatorland Launches AI Tool To Address Creator Inbox Overload Problem - Net Influencer

If you are on the waitlist, keep an eye on your inbox. Access we’ll be coming your way soon! And if you’re not, what are you waiting for? Join the waitlist below.

Now, what you came for TikTok is here to stay (anybody else’s FYP seem a little after the purchase or is it just me?) and we dive into the new Bill of Rights for creators championed by my friend Phil Ranta and others. Let’s get into it.

TikTok Dodges the Ban

ByteDance agreed to form a new, majority American-owned joint venture, keeping TikTok fully operational in the U.S. after six years of political will-they-won’t-they energy that started back in 2020.

The fix is corporate, not cosmetic.

The new entity, TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC, shifts ownership and governance to U.S. investors while adding formal safeguards around data storage, algorithms, and content moderation. Same app, different paperwork, many more lawyers.

Adam Presser, TikTok’s former head of operations and trust and safety, will step in as CEO, with TikTok CEO Shou Chew joining the board.

Translation: continuity for the platform, fewer panic attacks for creators.

Oracle, Silver Lake, and MGX will each take 15% stakes, alongside other investors, giving the venture majority U.S. control and enough institutional weight to calm regulators.

The New Bill of Rights for Creators

US House Rep. Ro Khanna. The Washington Post/Getty Images

Ready to turn “posting for a living” into an actual career? Yes, you read that right(s).

Nearly half of Gen Z says content creation is their dream job, according to a 2025 Morning Consult report.

Until now, that dream has come with inconsistent pay, opaque algorithms, and customer support tickets that vanish into the void. Enter a new House resolution aiming to clean that up.

Representative Ro Khanna plans to introduce a Creator Bill of Rights designed to make content creation more stable, more transparent, and slightly less chaotic for both creators and the brands that hire them.

What Is It Pushing For?

  • Earnings transparency so creators know how monetization actually works

  • Clear AI disclosure rules around training, usage, and content labeling

  • Improved platform support with faster escalation paths

  • Access to benefits including a proposed government-backed healthcare option

This doesn’t instantly fix the creator economy, but it does signal a shift. If you want to urge the US Congress to pass the bill, you can learn more about it and sign the petition here.
